Seller / Service Provider: V OTEL TURİZM A.Ş. (VIA ICONA)
Buyer: The real or legal person purchasing services via the website.
Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of accommodation and other services ordered electronically by the Buyer.
Legal Basis This Agreement is prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Basic Characteristics of the Service The type, scope, price, payment method, and performance date of the service are determined based on the information provided to the Buyer before and during the order.
Service Fee and Payment The service fee is the amount stated on the order screen, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.
Performance of the Service The purchased service is performed on the reservation date under the specified conditions.
Right of Withdrawal According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services that must be performed on a specific date or period.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.
Force Majeure The parties shall not be held responsible for force majeure events beyond their control.
Protection of Personal Data Personal data of the Buyer is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Entry into Force This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer. Effective Date: 24.12.2025
