Reservation and Payment The price and conditions notified during reservation are binding for the user.
Cancellation Conditions Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the reservation type. No refunds are made for non-refundable reservations.
Change Requests Change requests are subject to availability and fare conditions.
Refund Conditions If a refund right arises, the payment is refunded using the same payment method.
